Building AI products that improve customer experience at scale

About Me
I turn ambiguous product problems into shipped solutions that move business metrics.
At Amazon, I'm building AI-powered customer experience products that operate across multiple countries. Before that, I built Ottawa Associates from zero to exit, creating educational technology for autistic children and pharmaceutical sales tools.
What I'm good at:
- Taking 0→1 ideas through ambiguity to launch (founded company, shipped multiple products from scratch).
- Operating at scale (global markets, cross-functional teams, enterprise budgets).
- Connecting technical complexity to business value (AI features, data-driven experiences).
My Decision Principles
These guide how I approach product, leadership, and scaling impact:
Optimize for long-term optionality over short-term wins
Preserve future paths in fast-moving AI and consumer landscapes.
Make irreversible decisions slow; reversible ones fast
Speed where safe, rigor where stakes are high.
Invest early in alignment, not control
Empower teams through shared vision rather than governance overhead.
Design incentives before processes
Motivation shapes behavior; good incentives reduce the need for heavy process.
Ruthlessly prioritize leverage; automate or delegate the rest
Focus on compounding activities; use AI and systems to eliminate low-value work.
I write about product leadership at Substack.

These side projects let me experiment, prototype quickly, and apply product thinking to real-life challenges.

Built to solve the pain of tracking immigration deadlines and documents, this prototype uses a clean interface for case management, status views, AI-powered interpretations of updates, and countdowns. A practical exploration of AI-assisted productivity.

An evolving tool to turn recipes into smart grocery lists — from mobile-first onboarding and receipt scanning to intelligent recommendations. Designed in Figma, coded in modern web stacks, reflecting my focus on everyday problem-solving.
